Our client, an association in the medical field, is seeking a temporary to permanent Educational Programs Assistant to support their team in Arlington, VA!
Responsibilities:
- Update course materials and relevant invoices.
- Post courses on the website, communicate training registration numbers, and provide logistical support for training courses.
- Analyze data to predict patterns or trends. Prepare reports based on findings.
- Produce webinars and virtual learning events.
- Collaborate with the marketing and administrative teams.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of educational or training experience.
- A bachelor's degree in business or education is required.
- Proficient in MS Office Products and Adobe Connect or HubSpot.
- Must be detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work both collaboratively/independently.
- Demonstrated ability to write well, proofread and edit, and communicate effectively/diplomatically.
Position Information:
- $22/hr-$25/hr, while temporary, DOE.
- $55k-$60k, when permanent.
- Starting ASAP!
- On site 2 days/week in Arlington, VA
- Metro accessible!
