Well-established, reputable non-profit organization in search of a Human Resources Coordinator to join their growing team! Searching for an individual with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR related role. This company offers comprehensive benefits, free parking in the city, and room for growth from within!

Responsibilities:

Provide overall administrative support to the human resources team
Assist with onboarding new employees
Ensure compliance with all external laws and regulations
Answer questions by explaining human resources policies and procedures to staff
Ensure all required employment documentation is obtained and verified
Enter employee data into internal databases

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 1+ year of experience in an HR related role
HRIS experience a plus
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
