We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Medical Scheduler to join our fast-paced team. This role is essential in coordinating appointments, verifying orders, and ensuring effective communication between patients, referral sources, and internal staff. Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm medical equipment delivery/setup appointments
- Coordinate with physicians and referral sources to ensure complete documentation
- Verify patient info and insurance
- Maintain accurate scheduling records
- Communicate with warehouse and delivery staff to manage availability
- Handle high call volume professionally
- Ensure HIPAA compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical scheduling is required to be considered
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with managing electronic medical records
- Strong communication and organizational skills
