Our client, a global investment bank, is seeking a Senior Administrative Partner to support the Head of Industrials. They are looking for an individual who is very organized, pays close attention to detail, and can balance shifting priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. The hours are standard business hours with flexibility as needed. This role is hybrid, 4 days in office in Manhattan and 1 day remote.
Responsibilities:
* Provide executive administrative support to the Head of Industrials and additional team members
* Manage complex calendars, coordinate internal meetings, and book conference rooms
* Arrange and manage detailed domestic and international travel, including accommodations and ground transportation
* Prepare and process expense reports through Concur
* Serve as an approachable and reliable point of contact for the team, managing shifting priorities with professionalism
* Anticipate needs and ensure seamless day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment
Job Requirements:
* 7-10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Partner
* Experience supporting senior executives within financial services or management consulting
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Concur preferred
* Professional demeanor with the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $125K base salary + annual discretionary bonus
