Our client, a leading biotechnology company, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to support a critical data migration project. This is a full-time, temporary position expected to last approximately two or more weeks, through the completion of the project. The role is fully on-site in Waltham, MA, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation is $22/hour. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply for immediate consideration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rename electronic files according to a provided naming convention
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion
- Assist with the organization and preparation of data for transfer to a new virtual data room system
- Use provided computer equipment to perform all tasks
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a repetitive task environment
Requirements:
- High level of trustworthiness and ability to manage confidential data
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Windows systems
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency in repetitive tasks
