Our client, a growing company with an office in Columbia, MD, is looking for a Director to spearhead and manage all paid media initiatives!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Support budget forecasting and tracking for paid media.
- Responsible for optimizing PPC campaigns across all channels.
- Conduct A/B testing and review campaign data to make informed strategic changes and achiever higher ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with SEO and other teams.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a small team.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in paid media campaign management is required.
- A bachelor's degree is required for this role.
- Experience managing high-value monthly paid media budgets.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong detail orientation.
About the Role:
- Salary range of $150K with annual bonus potential.
- Comprehensive and generous benefits package!
- On-site 4-5x/week in the Columbia, MD office.
