Benefit Representative - Contract | $30/hr | Hybrid (One Week On / One Week Off)
Westlake, TX | ⏰ Flexible Schedule | Start ASAP
A professional services firm in Westlake is seeking an Benefits Representative to join its Testing & Reporting Services (TRS) team, supporting year-end retirement plan testing and reporting. This role helps guide Plan Sponsors through the Nondiscrimination Testing (NDT) process, including data uploads, validation, and issue resolution.
Details:
Contract position | $30/hr
Hybrid schedule: one week onsite, one week remote
Monday-Friday, 8 AM-8 PM (flexible 8-hour shifts)
Limited overtime during peak season (Feb-Mar 15)
Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of experience in Nondiscrimination Testing (defined contribution plans)
Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Quick learner with ability to navigate multiple systems
Training:
3-4 weeks of onsite training provided
