Our team is searching for multiple people to provide temporary event support for registration desks, assist with wayfinding, and perform other event support. If you're looking to play a key role in delivering a smooth event experience and are available on Wednesday October 29th, apply today!
About the Job:
* Support the registration desk during the event.
* Prepare and organize final name badges for attendees.
* Efficiently check in attendees and ensure a seamless process.
* Troubleshooting any issues and providing support as needed.
About You:
* Experience with event, meeting, and administrative planning are a plus.
* Enjoy helping others and providing excellent customer service.
* Anticipate potential issues and take proactive steps to address them.
* Comfortable with sitting and standing for long periods of time.
* Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with attendees and team members alike.
About the Position:
* Pays $20/hr
* Event is on Wednesday, October 29th
* Hours are 2:00pm-8:00pm.
* Event located in Phoenix, Arizona.
