Our client, a consulting firm, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their President. If you have experience supporting a busy executive within the professional services industry, apply today!
About the Job:
- Coordinate with internal and external players, gather updates, and brief leadership.
- Ensure only high priority matters are in front of the President.
- Proofread invoices, maintain accuracy in billing system, and resolve issues with vendors.
- Serve as an additional point of contact for clients and assist with client billing.
- Provide additional support by completing ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned.
About You:
- 3+ years of strong executive support experience are required.
- Experience in top-tier professional services or multinational corporations is required!.
- Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Critical thinker with a high level of discretion and sound judgement.
- Able to respond to time-sensitive matters during off hours as needed.
About the Position:
- Pays $25/hr-$30/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for a minimum of 6 months.
- Part-time with flexible hours.
- Washington, DC.
