Our client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking an Executive Assistant to help their Capital Markets team. They are looking for an individual who can prioritize and multitask efficiently, while staying organized in a fast-paced office environment. The hours are 8am - 5pm. This role follows a hybrid 4/1 schedule, with four days in office in Manhattan and one day remote.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to two senior executives in the leveraged finance and private credit group
* Manage complex calendars, coordinate high-volume travel, and handle expense reporting
* Assist with onboarding new hires and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
* Partner closely with other EAs across the team to maintain strong communication and coverage
* Anticipate needs and proactively manage shifting priorities and timelines
* Serve as a professional and approachable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Job Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within financial services or a fast-paced corporate environment
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
* Confident, proactive, and team-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
* Comfortable supporting executives who travel frequently and work across time zones
