A leading global real estate and facilities management company is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for a 2-month onsite assignment in Woburn, MA. This full-time role runs Monday-Friday, 7-7:30am start (40 hours/week). The position pays $23/hour and supports a facilities team in ensuring smooth operations, vendor coordination, and compliance with client standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support, monitor, and coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives.
- Liaise with landlords, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure service quality.
- Manage contractor performance, procurement, and purchase orders.
- Assist with financial tracking, accruals, and monthly reporting.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and enforce safety and risk management procedures.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring KPI and SLA compliance.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Clean driving record required.
