Our client, a real estate firm in Arlington, VA, is seeking a temporary Data Entry Assistant to support their team for approximately 3 weeks!
About the Job:
- Enter data into the system ensuring that it matches across platforms.
- Reconcile vouchers between two systems.
- Enter move-ins, annual recertifications, and more into the system.
- Successfully spot discrepancies between documents and platforms and reconcile as needed.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
About You:
- 1+ years of Yardi Voyager experience are required.
- 1+ years of data entry experience are required.
- Experience working with HUD Project Based Section 8 is highly preferred!
- Extremely detail oriented and outstanding time management skills.
About the Position:
- Pays $25/hr-$28/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 3 weeks with the potential to extend.
- Hours are 9am-5pm.
- 100% on site in Arlington, VA.
- Metro accessible and free parking!
