Our client, a respected college in Beverly, MA is seeking a Night Auditor to join their team. This overnight role runs from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM on Mondays and Fridays, offering $21-$24/hour and includes free on-site parking. The position supports overnight front desk operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests during overnight check-ins and check-outs
- Monitor property security and respond to any safety concerns
- Run and reconcile nightly audit and financial reports
- Manage overnight inquiries, wake-up calls, and reservations
- Maintain accuracy in guest accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Perform light cleaning/upkeep in the lobby as needed
Candidate Qualifications:
- Prior reception or front desk experience preferred
- Basic accounting or auditing knowledge a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with booking systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently during overnight hours
