Locally owned, growing company in search of a Customer Support Representative / Concierge to join their team! Searching for an individual with prior experience providing a high level of customer support, experience with scheduling reservations, and computer proficiency. Responsibilities:
– Manage new inquiries and customer requests promptly
– Build relationships with prospective customers
– Coordinate reservations for customers
– Handle billing inquiries and process payments
– Enter customer data into electronic records systems
Requirements:
– 1+ year of customer service experience
– Computer proficiency including familiarity with Microsoft Suite
– Ability to retain knowledge of different locations, features, and specialties of the growing company
– Excellent relationship building skills
