A growing, locally owned company is searching for a Customer Support Representative. This role is responsible for managing new customer rental inquiries and responding to customer requests efficiently. This position offers room for growth, free parking, and a fantastic company culture, apply today!
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls professionally and provide accurate assistance.
- Coordinate product rentals, appointments, and new space reservations
- Build rapport with prospects and convert inquiries into new customers.
- Manage prospect and customer requests quickly to ensure satisfaction.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
- Enter and update customer information accurately in the system.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Previous experience in sales or front desk operations is preferred
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers to grow and retain business
- Strong time management skills
