Reputable, growing insurance agency in search of a Senior Client Service Executive to join their growing team. This company offers a highly competitive compensation package based on experience, room for growth, and comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver superior client management and deliverables for assigned clients
- Develop trusted advisor relationships through effective communication
- Develop program design based on clients' objectives
- Identify areas of concern from the clients' perspective
- Develop and manage relationships with vendors
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience with an insurance brokerage or consulting firm
- Significant experience in employee benefits analyst or consulting
- Ability to complete product analysis including plan design pricing, contract review, budget and rate development, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and work under aggressive timelines
