Join our client, a prominent nonprofit scientific organization, and support one of their EVPs as their trusted Executive Assistant. If you have 2+ years of strong executive support experience, a bachelor's degree, and an ability to be calm under pressure, we want to hear from you!
About the Job:
- Act as the main point of contact both internally and externally. Manage the flow of information.
- Handle travel arrangements and expense reports, including transatlantic travel.
- Prepare and support reports, presentations, and the department's budget.
- Manage a consistently changing calendar and schedule meetings.
- Special projects and other tasks assigned.
About You:
- 2+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives are required.
- Experience in a media organization or similar is highly desired.
- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Concur are required.
- Flexible working outside of normal hours occasionally.
About the Position:
- Pays $35/hr-$39/hr, DOE
- Temporary for 1 year, starting ASAP!
- Hours are 9:30am-6pm.
- Hybrid with 4 days/week onsite.
- Metro accessible in Washington, DC.
