Our client, an association in the medical field, is seeking a temporary to permanent Education Coordinator to support their team in Arlington, VA!
Responsibilities:
* Identify and accurately prioritize learning topics through needs assessments and tracking trends.
* Develop educational tools and resources.
* Coordinate speakers, create agenda, and provide support for virtual and in-person trainings.
* Review and update program certification requirements.
* Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of educational programmatic experience.
* A bachelor's degree in business or education is highly preferred.
* Experience in a healthcare setting is highly desired.
* Proficient in MS Office Products and Apple products with a technical savviness.
* Collaborative, organized, and strong time management skills.
Position Information:
* $27/hr-$31/hr, while temporary, DOE.
* $65k, when permanent.
* Starting ASAP!
* Alexandria, VA.
