A private family office based in Belmont MA is seeking a Part-Time QuickBooks Administrator to support bookkeeping, payroll, and general administrative needs. This onsite, temp-to-hire role offers 20-30 hours per week (flexible schedule between 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) and pays $35/hour. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track expenses, payroll, reimbursements, and budgets
  • Maintain QuickBooks and Excel-based financial records
  • Process invoices, submit claims, and follow up on payments
  • Support general administrative and personal tasks for the household office
  • Coordinate with family staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft 365
  • Strong organizational and bookkeeping skills
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Professional demeanor with flexibility to assist on personal projects as needed
  • Prior experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or office administration preferred
