A private family office based in Belmont MA is seeking a Part-Time QuickBooks Administrator to support bookkeeping, payroll, and general administrative needs. This onsite, temp-to-hire role offers 20-30 hours per week (flexible schedule between 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) and pays $35/hour. Responsibilities:
- Manage and track expenses, payroll, reimbursements, and budgets
- Maintain QuickBooks and Excel-based financial records
- Process invoices, submit claims, and follow up on payments
- Support general administrative and personal tasks for the household office
- Coordinate with family staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft 365
- Strong organizational and bookkeeping skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
