Local school and testing center in search of an Assistant Office Manager to join their growing team! Searching for an individual with prior administrative experience, Microsoft Suite skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
– Assist the offer manager with daily office operations
– Schedule and coordinate appointments for customers
– Maintain calendar of meetings and appointments
– Maintain detailed company files
– Ensure all office equipment is in good working order
– Communicate with vendors and outside entities
Requirements:
– 2+ years of administrative or assistant office management experience
– High School Diploma or GED
– Valid PA Driver’s License required
– Bilingual a plus (Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, Hindu)
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
