Local school and testing center is seeking a Scheduler & Communications Specialist - the friendly voice on the phone who helps manage appointments and connect customers to instructors. We're looking for someone who's highly organized, excels in phone-based communication, and can juggle multiple tasks with ease. This company offers free parking, comprehensive benefits, and room for growth within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls, text messages, and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for maintain spreadsheets and data entry
- Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and instructors
- Assign customers to proper instructors, maintaining daily schedules
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Microsoft Office experience
- Bilingual a plus (Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, Hindu)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
