Our client, a global investment management firm, is seeking a Senior Executive/Personal Assistant to the Founders in New York, NY. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm. This role is hybrid, with 4 days in office in Manhattan and 1 remote.
Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive executive and personal support to two Founding Principals, managing complex business and personal calendars, travel, and logistics
* Coordinate across global offices and family representatives to manage meetings, events, and high-touch client interactions
* Oversee financial and administrative matters, including account transfers, tax coordination, and reconciliation of transactions
* Organize investment meetings, philanthropic activities, and special events
* Manage personal and estate-related operations including scheduling, vendor coordination, and property staff payments
* Handle confidential materials with discretion and ensure seamless execution across business and personal priorities
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 6-10+ years of Executive Assistant or Business Manager experience supporting C-level leaders
* Proven ability to manage complex travel, financial coordination, and family office or personal support functions
* Strong judgment, discretion, and intellectual curiosity; able to think critically and problem-solve independently
* Exceptional organization, accuracy, and follow-up skills; comfortable managing competing priorities
* Professional demeanor and ability to build trust with executives, family members, and staff
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with budgeting and expense systems preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $165K base salary + discretionary bonus
