Our client, a construction company, is seeking a temporary-to-permanent Senior Dispatcher to provide support in Upper Marlboro, MD. If you have 5+ years of strong experience dispatching heavy equipment with knowledge of DOT regulations, apply now!
About the Job:
- Coordinate and handle logistics for heavy equipment moves.
- Manage complex schedules for roughly 80 moves per day.
- Handle the communication of schedules, tracking of equipment, and documentation of job requirements.
- Ensure equipment and resources are properly allocated in lift plans. Oversee equipment utilization.
- Review, process, and approve dispatch invoices.
- Complete additional tasks/special projects and provide support as needed.
About You:
- 3+ years of heavy equipment dispatch experience.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and dispatch software is required.
- Able to travel to occasional field visits.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
About the Position:
- Pays $27/hr-$41/hr while temporary.
- Converts to a salary of up to $90K when permanent.
- Starting ASAP!

- 100% onsite in Upper Marlboro, MD.
