HR Coordinator (Contract)
$23/hr+ DOE | 6-Month Contract | Fully Onsite in North Dallas (75231) | Start ASAP

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our client's team on a 6-month contract basis. This is a fully onsite role located in North Dallas (75231)-perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced HR environment and enjoys being hands-on in all aspects of onboarding and employee support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience

• Track and monitor new hire screenings

• Process Department of Transportation authorizations and maintain required documentation

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while managing sensitive HR data

• Provide general HR and administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• 2-4+ years of HR or administrative experience required

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized, dependable, and capable of working independently

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); experience with HRIS or ATS systems preferred

• Personable, proactive, and team-oriented with a strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality
