Our client, an association, is seeking a temporary Front Office Assistant to support their busy office in Washington, DC starting in the beginning of December!
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional hospitality, maintain reception, and greet guests.
- Answer calls and manage email correspondence.
- Distribute mail and handle delivery intakes.
- Support HR and Operations with scanning documents, organizing the filing system, and ordering supplies.
- Complete additional special projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of receptionist experience.
- A college degree is strongly preferred.
- Tech savvy with excellent communication skills.
- Highly professional with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
Position Information:
- Pays $21/hr-$25/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 3 months, starting in the beginning of December.
- Hours are 9:00am-5:00pm.
- 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
