Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary Spanish Translation Specialist to join their team in Washington, DC!
About the Job:
- Proofread, edit, and correct content in Spanish utilizing the CMS.
- Ensure translations accurately convey the original meaning while also ensuring proper grammar and spelling.
- Review texts and maintain the organization’s mission, tone, and approved terminology.
- Identify potential quality issues and flag for follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the team and support additional tasks as required.
About You:
- 3+ years of translating Spanish to English experience are required for this role.
- Fluency mastery of Spanish speaking, reading, and writing.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience with a CMS system is highly desired.
- Keen eye for detail and able to identify and correct even the smallest of grammatical errors.
About the Position:
- $20/hr-$25/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for the month of December.
- Washington, DC.
