About the Job:
- Handle heavy scheduling and calendaring.
- Support expense related tasks such as processing expense reports and tracking contractor invoices.
- Assist with communications, both internally and externally.
- Manage meeting logistics such as scheduling, catering, setup/breakdown, and take notes if required.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support through additional duties as required.
About You:
- 3+ years of relevant administrative or coordination experience are required.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience working on Capitol Hill preferred.
- Proactive problem-solver with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
- Technical fluency with Microsoft Office Suite and Concur.
About the Position:
- $26/hr-$33/hr, DOE.
- Temporary for 2-3 months, with a potential to extend.
- Hours are 11am-7pm
- Onsite in Washington, DC.
