Our client, a well-known media company located in downtown Manhattan, is seeking to hire a Temp to Perm Executive Coordinator to support an executive in operations. Compensation will be 85-100K DOE + benefits!
Responsibilities:
- Heavy scheduling and calendar management
- Booking/ assisting with travel
- Booking cars
- Making/ managing reservations (lunches and dinners)
- Escorting to meetings
- Setting up the conference room for meetings
- Answering the phones/ gatekeeping
- Reconciling expenses
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Industry experience strongly preferred.
- Positive, warm, and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility and ability to multitask, ability to work proactively.
