Support our client, a trade association, as an Executive Assistant! In this temporary to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in increasing productivity, making operations efficient, and professionally representing the CEO. If you have an associate's degree, 7+ years of executive support experience, and are technologically savvy, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities:
* Manage calendars/scheduling and handle travel arrangements.
* Maintain files, assist with budgets, and prepare expense reports.
* Meeting preparation/coordination; attend meetings and take clear/concise minutes.
* Draft/edit correspondence and documents, work with internal and external contacts.
* Complete additional special projects and tasks as required.
Qualifications:
* An associate's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
* 7+ years of C-suite or executive support experience in a trade association are required.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, is required.
* Confidential, diplomatic, and resourceful with strong critical thinking skills.
* Able to travel occasionally.
Position Information:
* Pays $32/hr-$38/hr, while temporary.
* Converts to a salary of $75K-$95K, depending on experience.
* Hybrid availability with 2-3 days/week onsite.
* Office located in Washington, DC.
