Our client, a claims management firm in Midtown, is looking for a Temporary Client Relations Associate to help support their team from early December to late February. This position will operate on a hybrid schedule, and will be in the office three days a week: remote Mondays and Fridays. Hours are from 9:00am - 5:00pm, and compensation is $28-30/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Help with client calls/emails
- Update Salesforce
- Assist with general client-related tasks
- Research, identify, and maintain accurate client information
- Conduct outreach to facilitate meetings with clients and Account Managers
- Cold-call and email existing clients to educate them about settlement updates and collect data
- Utilize Salesforce to manage and log client communications and data
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement outreach strategies
Requirements:
- 0-2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge on Salesforce or relevant CRM is a bonus!
