Our client, a healthcare technology startup, is seeking an Office Manager to join their organization. They are looking for an individual who is solutions-oriented and who can remain organized and multitask in as fast-paced office environment. The hours are standard business hours with flexibility, and this role is hybrid (4 days in office, Fridays remote).
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily office operations, including opening/closing the office, managing supplies, and coordinating catering
* Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and building management
* Provide Executive Assistant support to the two Co-Founders, including calendar management, travel booking, and expense processing
* Coordinate restaurant reservations, team dinners, and customer events with a strong understanding of NYC dining and hospitality options
* Manage office vendors and services, ensuring smooth facilities operations
* Support ongoing office buildout, renovations, and operational scaling as the team grows
* Work proactively in a fast-paced startup environment while wearing multiple operational and administrative hats
Job Requirements:
* 5-10+ years of office management experience, ideally within fast-growing startups
* Strong vendor management experience and comfort navigating building operations
* Previous experience supporting senior executives with calendars, travel, and expenses
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to own tasks end-to-end and operate without large company support functions
* Highly proactive, approachable, and solutions-oriented
* Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to juggle multiple priorities
* Strong knowledge of NYC restaurants and venues for events and client-facing dinners
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $90K base salary
