Our client, an association management firm, is looking for a temporary Member & Program Associate to join their team in Washington, DC for 6 months!
About The Job:
- Respond to member inquiries by email/phone, handle membership outreach, and cold call new members.
- Support all organization memberships and manage the membership database.
- Develop and maintain a filing system both hardcopy and electronic.
- Troubleshoot for websites and other areas. Escalate as necessary.
- Other tasks and special projects as assigned.
About You:
- 1+ years of membership experience in an association is required.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred; An associates degree is required.
- Strong MS Suite skills, especially Excel, are required.
- Must be able to travel 3-4 times per year.
- Collaborative with a strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
- Manage changing priorities with ease.
About the Position:
- $24/hr-$27/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 6 months.
- Strong potential for this position to become permanent.
- Hybrid with 3 days/week on-site.
- Metro accessible in Washington, DC.
