Join our client's team as a Compliance Associate, where you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate data, supporting compliance operations, and assisting with campaign finance reporting. If you have strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and at least one year of relevant experience, apply today!
About the Job:
Maintain, clean, and update internal databases to ensure accuracy and organization.
Review data for completeness and correctness, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
Assist with federal and state campaign finance reports and ensure timely filings.
Process incoming mail, contributions, and related documentation.
Support compliance workflows and handle administrative tasks as needed.
About You:
1+ years of experience in compliance, data entry, political operations, or related fields preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to review and verify data accurately.
Campaign experience is a plus.
Professional, reliable, and able to manage shifting priorities.
About the Position:
$23/hr-$26/hr, depending on experience
Temporary through January 2026
