Quality Assurance Associate (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Carrollton, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay: $19/hr+ DOE
Type: Fully Onsite | Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities

Walk the warehouse floor to inspect production and verify product quality.
Review incoming materials, monitor how products are made, and check them before shipment.
Complete light paperwork and maintain documentation
Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding quality concerns; may attend meetings if issues arise.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and resolve discrepancies proactively.

Qualifications

Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Comfortable in a warehouse setting and interacting with multiple teams.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus but not required.
Previous experience in quality assurance or production environments is helpful but not mandatory.
