Our client, a commercial real estate management firm, is seeking a temporary Property Manager to support onsite operations in downtown Boston. This 100% in-office role offers flexible hours (8-5, 8:30-5:30, or 9-6) and pays $38-$42/hr, depending on experience. Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee property operations and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Lead onsite staff, including hiring and performance management
- Conduct property inspections and manage budgets, variances, and CAM reconciliations
- Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts
- Abstract leases and prepare accurate reporting
- Coordinate tenant and building construction projects and stakeholder communication
- Manage contract documents, project timelines, and payment processes
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants, clients, and vendors
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of real estate property or project management experience
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
