What You'll Be Doing

• Managing incoming client orders and making sure all the moving parts (vendors, factories, internal teams, shipping partners) are aligned and on track
• Acting as a communication hub-keeping information flowing clearly between clients, partners, and internal teams
• Stepping in with client-facing support when needed
• Supporting the Chief of Staff with day-to-day operations and getting comfortable with the full account lifecycle
• Growing into managing your own accounts and client relationships over time
• Keeping project details organized, accurate, and easy to follow
• Making sure projects stay on track from start to finish, and jumping in proactively when something needs attention
