Global and quickly growing fin-tech company is seeking to hire a Temporary Executive Assistant to support the CEO starting ASAP (December 1st) for at least six weeks with potential to extend. This position will require a global, 24/7 mindset, while working directly with the Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff based in UK. Operating completely remotely, typical hours are expected to be 10am-6pm with flexibility/availability after and before, including weekends and reachability on holidays. This position is ideal for a high-level, high touch candidate who understands the pace and importance of precision and wants to support a high performing female leader in a high stakes position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to CEO, including intense calendar management, complex international travel, daily task prioritization, and real-time problem solving.
- Partner closely with the EA and COS in London to ensure seamless cross-timezone coverage and handoffs.
- Act as the primary East Coast anchor for urgent needs during CEO's extensive travel and long working hours.
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage shifting priorities in an organization undergoing rapid change.
- Maintain absolute accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks
- Coordinate meetings, briefings, and logistics across global stakeholders with C-suite professionalism.
- Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, communicator, and representative for CEO and the broader leadership team.
- Uphold confidentiality and exceptional judgment at all times.
Qualifications:
- Significant C-level support experience, ideally within a fast-paced, global or highly matrixed environment.
- Exceptional international coordination skills - confident navigating global schedules, time zones, and travel.
- Impeccable attention to detail - consistently precise, thorough, and accurate at all times.
- Proven ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities with flawless execution.
- High emotional intelligence and a "no-balls-dropped" mindset; anticipatory, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
- Strong communication skills, professional presence, and an ability to act as a trusted partner to senior leadership.
- Flexibility for extended hours when needed and comfort supporting an executive with a highly demanding schedule.
