Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars/scheduling and handle travel arrangements.
- Support meeting preparation, attend meetings, and take clear/concise minutes.
- Draft/edit correspondence and documents for meetings.
- Complete additional special projects and tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of executive support experience are required, preferably in a nonprofit space.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with a technological savviness.
- Confidential, diplomatic, and resourceful with strong critical thinking skills.
- Comfortable working afterhours and in a fast-paced environment.
Position Information:
- $28/hr-$40/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary from December 15th-23rd.
- Hours are 9am-5pm.
- Potential for evening work based on the executive’s needs.
