Our client, a leading Boston-based healthcare institution is seeking a Senior Administrative Associate for a 3-6 month temporary assignment with potential to convert permanent. The role is onsite at a major medical campus, has hours Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, and pays $24-$28/hr depending on experience. The Senior Administrative Associate will provide high-level operational, financial, and administrative support within a busy clinical department. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor sensitive administrative and financial recordkeeping systems, ensuring accuracy of databases and reports.
- Reconcile budget reports and expenses; assist with annual budgets, grants, and complex reporting.
- Oversee day-to-day department operations, including payroll, personnel actions, compliance, purchasing, and payment requisitions.
- Support fellowship/residency program logistics, including application tracking, interview scheduling, credentialing, and records management.
- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and department events, including materials, scheduling, registrations, and supplies.
- Manage calendars, meetings, room reservations, agendas, and travel logistics.
- Oversee supplies, equipment, inventory, repairs, and purchasing.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, charts, and confidential documents.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of administrative support experience (healthcare or higher education strongly preferred).
- EPIC experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information.
