Our client, a think-tank, is seeking a temporary Receptionist to support their front desk in Washington, DC from December 26th to January 2nd.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare outgoing packages and deliver incoming packages.
- Ensure cleanliness and functionality of workstation.
- Assist with creation of welcome packets according to specifications.
- Restock office supplies as necessary and assist with supply ordering.
- Complete additional administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of receptionist experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Products.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Position Information:
- Pays $20/hr
- Temporary from 12/26-1/2.
- Office is closed on 1/1.
- Hours are 8:30am-5pm.
- Office in Washington, DC
