About The Job:
* Deliver a remarkable service experience to customers for various services.
* Review and respond to concerns regarding customer experiences.
* Analyze and disseminate data and propose changes to policies and procedures in order to improve experience.
* Track issues, identify disruptions, share findings, audit cases as needed, and complete follow-ups.
* Other tasks as assigned.

About you:
* 3+ years of customer service and quality assurance experience are required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Strong pattern identification, attention to detail, and analytical thinking skills.
* Ability to resolve basic technical issues and work independently with minimal supervision.

About the Position:
* Pays $26/hr-$28/hr, depending on experience.
* Temporary through March 2026.
* Potential for this assignment to extend.
* Washington, DC metropolitan area.
