Our client, a leading executive search firm, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their Wellesley, MA office. This hybrid contract role offers full-time hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday onsite and Fridays remote, starting January 5th. The position provides equipment and offers a rate of $30/hour.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume calendars, emails, and scheduling for candidate and client meetings with precision and urgency
- Serve as a liaison between candidates and clients, coordinating interviews, travel, and preparing deliverables
- Maintain accurate client and candidate data in the CRM system
- Prepare firm marketing materials, pitch books, and candidate profiles
- Assist with drafting engagement letters, position specifications, reports, and ad hoc search-related projects
- Support office operations, including phone coverage, special projects, and day-to-day problem solving
- Collaborate with colleagues across offices to optimize workflows and processes
Candidate Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a fast-paced environment; exposure to recruiting, financial services, or asset management a plus
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, Zoom, and LinkedIn
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
