Our client, a global private equity and investment firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Head of the NYC office and additional team members. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, executive presence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The schedule is 9:00am-5:00pm with minimal overtime. This position is hybrid, with four days in the office in Manhattan and one remote day, plus additional flexibility for remote weeks each quarter.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Arrange domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries
- Process expense reports and maintain accurate records
- Prepare meeting materials and assist with presentations as needed
- Liaise with clients and global headquarters in a professional manner
- Provide secondary support to associates and assist with ad hoc projects
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally in finance or consulting
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; polished executive presence
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Proactive and adaptable, able to work independently in a fast-paced setting
