Our client, a waste collection company, is seeking a temporary-to-permanent Human Resources Manager to provide support in Upper Marlboro, MD!
About the Job:
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling scheduling, inquiries, personnel information, etc.
* Coordinate interviews, exit interviews, and check-in calls.
* Track recruitment metrics and ensure proper documentation.
* Manage end-to-end benefits administration and support payroll processing.
* Complete additional tasks/special projects and provide support as needed.
About You:
* 5+ years of human resources management experience are required.
* A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is required; A master’s degree is preferred.
* Strong experience with HRIS, ATS, and MS Office products is required.
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with change management initiative is a plus!
* Able to thrive in a relaxed professional setting.
About the Position:
* Pays $43/hr-$48/hr while temporary.
* $90k-$110k, when permanent.
* Starting ASAP!
* 100% onsite in Upper Marlboro, MD.
* Free parking!
