Our client, a growing investment management firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Research Team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is 7:30am-5:30pm with flexibility as needed. This position is fully onsite in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Research Team, including calendar and meeting management
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
- Process expense reports and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with internal and external contacts on behalf of the team
- Assist with compliance requirements and vendor coordination
- Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of administrative experience in finance
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $110K base salary + bonus
