About the Job:
* Oversee all maintenance and repair programs, both scheduled and emergency.
* Ensure client satisfaction and support customer satisfaction programs.
* Support process-oriented tasks such as site closures, walkthroughs, and turnovers.
* Develop and implement budgets while also overseeing periodical reporting needs.
* Act as a liaison to support services and drive implementation of best practices.
* Additional responsibilities as assigned.
About You:
* 2+ years of experience in a facility, mail room, reception or security role are required.
* Strong MS Office Suite skills and customer service oriented with high professionalism.
* Knowledge of procurement processes and understanding of KPIs is highly desired.
* Available for after-hours on-call needs in an emergency!
About the Position:
* $30/hr-$33/hr, depending on experience.
* Converts to a salary of up to $68k when permanent.
* Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm.
* 100% on site in Arlington, VA.
