We’re looking for an entry-level Office Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone organized, dependable, and eager to learn. You’ll play a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly through administrative support. This is a temp-to-hire role, starting at $17/hr+ DOE, fully onsite Monday-Friday 7:30am-5pm, starting asap!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate team members.
- Maintain organized records and assist with document preparation.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work onsite and commit to a full-time schedule.
