Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage invitations to bid
- Maintain bid tracking systems
- Communicate effectively with management
- Prequalification management
- Support the sales team with organizational initiatives
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar capacity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); ability to manage tracking systems and maintain organized documentation
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
