Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage invitations to bid
  • Maintain bid tracking systems
  • Communicate effectively with management
  • Prequalification management
  • Support the sales team with organizational initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar capacity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); ability to manage tracking systems and maintain organized documentation
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
