Our client, an insurance company located in Boston, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team for a 2+ month contract. This onsite position has hours from 9am-5pm and is compensating $26 an hour. The role supports both recruiting operations and company event logistics in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with company events, including setup, name badge preparation, and vendor coordination.
- Conduct reference checks by contacting references and completing required forms.
- Support the recruiting team with various ad hoc projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional phone etiquette and exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in recruiting, HR support, or event coordination preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
